Laura's Current Events ...or semi-current anyway

So this is my first post post-Christmas break. Florida was fun. Got up super early to see Ky compete in accuracy, two-way and style. Ky did well in all three categories, winning two bronze and one silver metal out of all of the novice divers. I tanned a little sitting out at the dinky airport for over eight hours a day and had fun hanging out with Ky's Cadet friends. Except for Dirty Joe.

Anyway, the routine in Texas is back in full swing and I can't wait till this semester is over! My course load, mock trial practice and other junk keep me busy for sure. This summer is going to be so great and relaxing.

Please pray for my granddaddy. He's having major surgery in a week, and he will need to recover quickly as he is still a full-time vet.

Well, I still have a chapter on the Cold War to get through tonight. At least I like the subject...
